Adam DeGraide on Music Collaboration & AI 🎸🤖
Is AI helping musicians become more creative, or is it slowly taking the human element out of music?
In this clip from The Chris & Mike Show, Adam DeGraide talks with Chris and Mike about music collaboration, artificial intelligence, and where the creative process may be headed.
Technology can help artists develop ideas, experiment with sounds, speed up parts of the process, and even collaborate in ways that weren't possible before.
But there's still something AI can't replace: the chemistry between musicians.
That moment when somebody plays a riff, another musician hears something completely different, somebody changes a chord, lyrics start coming together, and suddenly you've created a song that didn't exist an hour earlier.
AI can be another tool in the toolbox.
But does it belong in the band?
That's where the conversation gets interesting.
Use the technology. Just don't lose the humans who make the music mean something.
