Adam DeGraide on “Rampage” & Lacey Saunders’ Voice 🎤🔥
Sometimes you hear a voice and immediately know that's the voice the song needs.
In this clip from The Chris & Mike Show, Adam DeGraide takes us behind the music of the ADAM Music Project track “Rampage” and talks about Lacey Saunders' voice and what she brought to the song.
It's one thing to write the music. It's another to find a vocalist whose sound, attitude, and delivery can take what you heard in your head and give it an entirely different energy.
Adam talks about that creative connection and why the right voice can completely change the personality of a song.
That's what makes collaboration so damn interesting.
You can create the foundation, but sometimes another artist walks into the process and gives the song something you couldn't have created by yourself.
“Rampage” needed a voice. Lacey Saunders brought it to life.
