🚗💦 **HOW MUCH WATER DOES A DRIVE-THROUGH CAR WASH USE?**

Here’s a number that stopped me in my tracks.

A typical drive-through car wash can use around **18,000 gallons of water PER DAY.**

That’s approximately **6,570,000 gallons every year — for ONE location.**

Now consider this…

There are **57 locations of just ONE major drive-through car wash brand in Arizona.**

At 18,000 gallons per day, those 57 locations represent roughly:

**1,026,000 gallons of water EVERY DAY.**

**374,490,000 gallons of water EVERY YEAR.**

And again…that’s **ONE company.**

In **Arizona.**

In the **desert.**

I’m not saying car washes are good or bad. I’m simply putting the numbers into perspective.

Because when we talk about water consumption in Arizona, maybe we should be looking at **ALL of it.**
