Soul Garage: Meet the Band 🎸
So, who exactly is Soul Garage?
In this short from The Chris & Mike Show, we introduce you to Shae and Nate, the Canadian duo behind Soul Garage, and find out how two creative people with different strengths came together to make some seriously cool music.
Shae brings the vocals, guitar, songwriting, and visual art, while Nate is the multi instrumental guy behind much of the production, drums, bass, and the work happening behind the scenes.
Together, they're creating music influenced by bands and artists like Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Led Zeppelin, and Tom Petty, while developing a sound and identity that's completely their own.
Chris and Mike get into how Nate and Shae met, how they work together, where their musical influences come from, and why Soul Garage isn't interested in simply chasing whatever happens to be popular this week.
They're independent. They're still building. They're still figuring some of it out.
And that's exactly what makes their story worth following.
Meet Soul Garage.
