When it comes to erectile dysfunction medications, more does not automatically mean better, and combining treatments without medical guidance can become dangerous.

Both treatments can increase erectile response through different mechanisms. Using them together can substantially increase the risk of priapism, an erection lasting four hours or longer that requires urgent medical attention because prolonged priapism can damage penile tissue and potentially cause permanent erectile dysfunction.
This is definitely one of those situations where experimenting with dosage or combining medications on your own isn't worth the risk.
If an erection lasts four hours, don't wait it out. Get emergency medical care.
